All Minors 17 years of age and younger Must have their Parent present at the time of check in to complete waivers
Parent must show a Valid Government Issued Photo I.D.
MUST be 6 years or older to parasail
No one under the age of 6 is permitted to ride in the parasail boat
Parasailing is subject to weight limits (a minimum combined of 150 pounds and a maximum combined of 450 pounds), weather conditions, and the captain’s discretion for safety
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time will receive a full refund
Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24-hour notice for tour will be charged in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE
All cancellations made by the tour operator will receive a full refund Tours booked within 24 hours of the scheduled tour departure time are NON-REFUNDABLE
LATE AND OR NO SHOWS will be charged in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE
